How to Look Good When You're Really Hung Over

It's the day before you're sister's wedding and you're having a night out of the town. You tell yourself you shouldn't go out, you are Sarah's Maid of Honor afterall, but this feeling of resisting your cute co-worker overwhelms you. You cave in and insist two drinks will be quite enough. You would be that naive. You two get to dancing at LAX and before you know it he is caring you to the front porch of your pad in Los Feliz. You wake up to your mom yelling at you on the answering machine to wake up for your hair appointment. Suddenly, and honestly, as you are still to groggy to move effectually, you sit straight up in your bed. Getting rid of this hangover is a necessity.
Here is how to do it.

Cure #1. Electrolytes. You can get these at any health food store, or even at 7-11. Electrolytes will restore your bodies cells. It will result in the energy you need to get rid of the headache you have and will give you the boost you need to get throughout the day (versus napping in your bead all day).

Cure #2. Juice. Of course, if you have a juice machine, juice squeezed and drank immediately will give you immunity you need for fast results (Think Starbucks Triple Eye here). If not buy Naked Juice and eat a salad. Whatever you do force-feed your body with nutrients you destroyed by chugging like a horse last night.

Cure #3. Jog Before your 12 o'clock hair appointment take a quick jog around the neighborhood. You probably don't feel like it, but jog slow and steady. The endorphines released will also give you a sense of renewal. You will sweat out all the toxins in your body.

Cure #4. Cucumbers. Before showering, cut cucumbers into slices and place them over your eyes. Pop in a soothing cd, Mozart or Christina Aguilera will do, and let organic veggies do their work. Your eyes will lose their puffiness and you will be able to put on makeup later without your eyelids clumping your eyeshadow.

Cure #5. Rebound. Jump-rope, dance around, get on a trampoline. Your body needs activity; the action of your body letting your energy leave through your head and toes will stretch you out. Pilates is also a great way to achieve the lengthening process here as well.
